1. Click on the image of the sprocket in the upper-right corner of the IE browser window, then click on Manage Add-ons.
2. Click the link that says “Find more toolbars and extensions…” in the lower-left corner of the Manage Add-ons window. You’ll be taken to the Internet Explorer Gallery, where you can find a vast array of add-ons tailored to your interests.

3. On the add-on’s main page, click “Add to Internet Explorer.” If asked for confirmation, select Yes, Run, or whatever else will let IE proceed with the installation.
NOTE: Internet Explorer will display a warning if the add-on you’re trying to install isn’t commonly downloaded. You should be wary of installing unpopular or brand new add-ons, as they could contain malicious code that may compromise your security or harm your computer.
4. Once the add-on is installed, you can return to the Manage Add-ons window to change various options for the new extension.
